So yesterday little old krakeN was just playing g mod and casually made a joke as a response to a question. Now I forget what was said by Taylor, something along the lines of "that would be rape". As a response and a joke of course I replied with "It wouldn't be rape if you enjoyed it". Now I understand that that is vulgar and dark humor. However I do fell that being perma gagged as a response by assassin was WAY too far. I could see giving a warning and regular gagging accruing, but the use of something permenent was an exageration. I have said much worse things on the server before and nothing was ever said as a response to that, no repercutions before. That is what I don't understand when there wasn't any boundaries set before I assume that something that is less offensive was fair game. That is why I believe that a perma gag was over the top and needs to be revoked. I do believe that if I still should be punished then a warning should be given.
I also want to make a suggestion for the server. Because of this situation I believe that warnings for vocal acts/binds that are in considerd too inappropriate for the server should be given a warning first using the !warn system.

It's your fault for not seeing this coming because this is not some one-time thing, you did. You have screamed pointless things in your mic including "abuse" because YOU feel like you have been treated wrongly when you broke the rules. If you say something like that you should be expecting a consequence that isn't a slap on the wrist.

For one, everyone says pointless things, in-fact I have a bind of you saying something pointless, my point is just because stuff I say can be categorized as pointless doesn't mean that it something like a cardinal sin or perma-gaggable. Also the word "abuse" is incorrect and taken out of context, I have not said that when I have broken rules, if you are referring to when you had warned me I had never said "abuse" what I said was that the second warn you gave me was unjustified due to the fact that I could have killed that person in that specific situation but decided to just crowbar them instead. Which it was wrong for me to argue in that situation .
Now coming back to the task at hand you are right this is not a "one-time thing" that I had done. What I am confused about me getting perma gagged for is because this is not a "one-time thing". I have never been warned or told not to act the way(vulgar/crude humor) by any staff, I had not been gagged yet(on this server) for any vulgar/crude humor remarks of any kind. (exept for one exeption when I made a joke about women, and taylor told me to not do that again, which I was not gagged for, just told by verbal warning). My point is that because I was not given any warnings what not to say and not given any boundaries, I was unjustifly perma gagged.

but as of the rule I wasn't tageting taylor specifically with my remark, as my comment was intentended to create laughter or as a conversation starter between the people online. As I have said this exact phrase before on this server and no punishment was given.

I see he gag as not that you were gagged for saying the one thing but because you do this all the time. You never should have been using this kind of inappropriate humor like that on the server especially to staff. I believe your gag is for everything not just one thing.

Explain to me how it wasn't targeted at someone. Seems pretty clear from your own words that it was. [u]Your permagag will most likely be removed at some point.[/u] Punishments exist so people learn what they did was wrong, serve yours and it will eventually be removed.

I have no problem with serving punishment, what I have an issue with was the way the perma gag was given. I accept that what I did was wrong and punishment was nessassary, but the no warning or reg gag first bothers me. I will accept defeat, but I would like in future cases (not just my own) a system of giving verbal warnings to prevent automatic permagags from happening.
I think what tux said has some truth to it, but the fact that I was never told NOT to act this way and was given free rain is what bothers me. My crude humor of course could was not nessassary, but now can be used as a catalyst for preventing future situations like this from happening.[/quote]

I was at a loss for words, I couldn't believe you said that. This is the internet, theres alot of messed up stuff said on the world wide web, and that was beyond far and beyond vulgar. Good, you remembered my exact words. I was having trouble trying to figure out what I exactly said. Yes what I said is more vulgar then what was previously thought, but this statement is clearly not directed at Taylor. What I said was a general statement as a response to Taylor statement. Taylor is obviously not >6 and nobody on the server(to my knowledge) is that age range. Infact (this is my opinion) what I said in this context was CLEARLY a joke, even more so then what was previously thought to have been said by me. The fact is that this entire thing is an exageration. This thread, my responses, your responses, the entire perma gagging. Worse things have been said while staff has been online, some by me infact. The problem I am having with is is the way the perma gag was given. I don't argue that a gag wasn't in order. What I am angry about is how it is only happening to me/ has only happened to me.
